You will receive the product within 4 to 6 working days. Product(s) can be exchanged from www.dunelondon.pk or any of our stores within 14 days from the date of purchase. The products must be unused with the purchase invoice. Prices are inclusive of all the applicable taxes. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Any order placed on sale price cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
